Qualifications

• A qualifying law degree and active bar admission in good standing.

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience handling substantive litigation responsibilities and communicating directly with clients.
• Sound judgment and the ability to develop clear, practical recommendations.

• Ability to manage work independently while collaborating with a legal team.

Our client, an established law firm, is expanding its insurance litigation team to support existing client demand. They are looking for attorneys who can take ownership of substantive matters, provide practical legal advice, and work closely with partners, clients, and support staff.

The Opportunity

They are seeking an experienced attorney to handle insurance coverage analysis and related litigation. The position combines substantive legal writing, client advisory work, and responsibility for developing case strategy and moving matters toward resolution.

Depending on experience and assignments, this attorney will evaluate policies and contracts, prepare coverage recommendations, and handle discovery, motion practice, depositions, and dispute resolution proceedings.

They are interested in attorneys who enjoy working through complex legal questions, communicating recommendations clearly, and managing matters independently while collaborating with an experienced team.
