BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Insurance Coverage/Insurance Litigation Attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement and opportunities to collaborate with experienced attorneys on insurance coverage and litigation matters across Nevada and the U.S.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an accredited law school, Nevada bar admission, and 5+ years in coverage and litigation, including drafting coverage opinions.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Nevada.
• 5+ years of experience in coverage and litigation.
• Experience drafting coverage opinions.
• Experience in third-party and/or first-party claims.
• Coverage analysis and writing experience.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys and partners on insurance coverage and litigation matters.
• Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery in coverage litigation matters.
• Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on various subjects.
• Communicate with clients and draft reports.
