BCG Attorney Search seeks an associate with 3+ years of strong coverage litigation experience in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and organized, with excellent research and writing skills.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and analyzing insurance policies to advise clients. Nevada bar admission is required; JD degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Nevada bar admission; multiple admissions are a plus.
• 3+ years of insurance coverage experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive matters.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive matters.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and briefs.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery.
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients.
• Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and provide recommendations for clients.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis.
• Review documents in preparation for litigation.
• Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
• Submit filings to the court.
