Job summary

McAngus Goudelock & Courie in Atlanta, GA, seeks a partner-level attorney for its Insurance Coverage Litigation team. Hybrid options are available after training, with preference for proximity to the office for occasional in-person work.

Responsibilities

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports.
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants

We are seeking a partner-level attorney to join our Insurance Coverage Litigation team. Hybrid options will be considered after training/integration with the team, but must reside in close proximity of our office to come in on occasion.
