The roles focus on Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation, with strategic guidance from initial opinions through resolution, and high-impact legal research.

Draft and manage pleadings and filings, build insurer relationships and contribute to business development. The firm offers above‑market pay, a lucrative bonus, and potential earnings near $300k for Associates.

• Experience in insurance coverage analysis and litigation preferred.
• Strong research and writing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation: Evaluate and litigate complex third-party coverage disputes; providing strategic guidance from initial coverage opinions through resolution.
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Research and Strategy: Conduct sophisticated analysis of case law, statutes, and policy language to develop proactive, results-driven litigation and coverage strategies.
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: Prepare and review pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery with precision, ensuring consistency with case strategy and client objectives.
• Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth; Build and maintain strong insurer and client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and defense work.
