Responsibilities

• Develop litigation strategy for insurance coverage disputes and participate in litigation/arbitration.
• Conduct complex legal research, draft memoranda and position letters.
• Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage analyses and provide recommendations.
• Supervise mediation and settlement of underlying litigations.
• Draft and review pleadings, memos, briefs, interrogatories, and other documents.
• Attend depositions, document reviews, conferences and all aspects of coverage litigations/arbitrations.
• Interact with clients and coordinate with team members.
• Work cooperatively with others.
