Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a defense-focused litigation firm in Dallas, seeks an Associate Attorney to support a busy insurance coverage and insurance defense practice. This role offers hands-on responsibility across coverage analysis and liability matters, including professional liability, healthcare disputes, construction defect, personal injury defense, and premises liability.

Qualifications

• Active Texas bar license or eligibility to obtain Texas admission within 6 months.
• 4–10 years of litigation experience, including at least 2 years focused on insurance coverage.
• Background in medical malpractice defense, construction defect, personal injury defense, or premises liability.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Strong legal writing and motion practice skills with professional independence.

Responsibilities

• Handle defense-side matters, including insurance coverage disputes and related litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; manage case strategy and day-to-day progress.
• Take and defend depositions; assist with hearings, mediations, and trial preparation as needed.
• Analyze policy language and coverage issues; provide practical guidance to clients and internal teams.
