Qualifications

• 2–8 years of insurance coverage and policy analysis experience.
• Admission to the New York and/or New Jersey Bar; Pennsylvania admission would be an advantage.
• Strong research and writing skills; experience handling litigation from inception through trial.
• Hybrid role with ownership of matters and direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Work across the full lifecycle of coverage matters, combining policy analysis with litigation and client interaction.
• Analyze complex insurance coverage and policy issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions and coverage opinions.
• Advise clients with practical, commercially focused guidance.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings and other proceedings.
• Stay ahead of developments in insurance law.
