Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Litigate cases as part of a team, including court appearances, depositions, and motion practice.
• Draft legal opinions, reservations of rights, and DISCLAIMERS.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing timely updates, legal insights, and strategic guidance throughout the case lifecycle.
