Qualifications

• 3+ years of law firm or insurance company experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop litigation strategy for coverage disputes.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
• Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage advice.
• Supervise mediation and settlement of litigations.
• Draft and review litigation documents and correspondence.
• Participate in coverage litigations and arbitrations.
• Work cooperatively with others and interact with clients.

Skills

Education

Admission to practice in either New York or New Jersey
