• Handle matters from pre-suit coverage analysis through litigation and resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other persuasive legal documents
• Conduct and defend depositions and participate in discovery
• Represent clients in mediations and other dispute-resolution proceedings
• Develop litigation and coverage strategies alongside experienced attorneys
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding coverage issues, case strategy, and developments
• Manage multiple matters while responding effectively to time-sensitive client needs

Note: Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant attorney experience. Insurance coverage experience is preferred, but attorneys with comparable civil litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
