Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret insurance policies, exclusions, endorsements, and coverage triggers.
• Draft coverage correspondence and position letters, and support coverage strategy development.
• Assist with or manage coverage litigation tasks, including pleadings, written discovery, and motion practice.
• Prepare research memos and client-facing work product with attention to detail and practical risk framing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients on claim handling, documentation, and dispute resolution efforts.
