Overview

• The role involves analyzing insurance coverage, preparing coverage opinions regarding first party property and general liability matters, and engaging in litigation activities such as taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions.
• The firm's Insurance Coverage Practice focuses on interpreting various contracts and representing primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers/agents, and independent adjustment companies in complex coverage claims, encompassing monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts.
• While some experience in insurance law is preferred, the firm is also interested in talented attorneys with excellent skills in any litigation arena who demonstrate an interest in insurance law.
