Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice in Colorado.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience in insurance defense, coverage analysis, and complex civil litigation.
• Ability to handle cases from evaluation through trial and appeal.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense litigation from pre-suit to trial and appeal.
• Represent insurers in first and third party complex litigation.
• Investigate claims and develop litigation strategies aligned with client goals.
• Take and defend depositions; draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Prepare insurance coverage opinions and legal analyses.
• Appear in Colorado state and federal courts; interact with clients.
