Job summary

HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner) is urgently recruiting Insurance Coverage & Complex Litigation Associate Attorneys for a Colorado law firm. 2–7 years of litigation experience, with 3+ preferred, is targeted for onsite work in Colorado.

Candidates will handle coverage disputes, PI, premises liability, and related matters from pre-litigation to trial, with strong deposition, motions, and writing skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active Colorado license.
• 2–7 years of substantive litigation experience with preference for 3+ years.
• Experience handling depositions, dispositive motions, and complex litigation.
• Ability to work onsite in Colorado and manage multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense, coverage, and related complex litigation matters.
• Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims.
• Draft dispositive motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Appear at hearings in state and federal courts in Colorado.
• Provide strategic analysis, case management, and client communications.
• Guide matters from pre-litigation through trial and appeal.
