• Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and multiple matters.
• Local to Denver, Colorado; no relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and defend first- and third-party insurance claims.
• Handle personal injury, construction, premises liability, coverage disputes, and bad faith matters.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft dispositive motions and coverage opinions.
• Attend court hearings in state and federal courts.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses.
• Provide pre-litigation evaluations and client recommendations.
• Conduct examinations under oath.
