Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of insurance coverage or defense litigation experience.
• Strong written and analytical skills with experience handling complex matters.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage issues.
• Provide coverage opinions and litigation strategy to clients.
• Manage pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, and in arbitration or mediation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
