Overview

• The role entails analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions specifically related to first party property and general liability matters.


• Required experience includes litigation, such as taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions, in addition to strong research and writing skills.


• The firm's Insurance Coverage Practice focuses on interpreting various contracts and representing insurers in complex coverage claims, including monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts.


• The firm represents a diverse client base, including primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies.


• Although experience in insurance law is preferred, the firm is interested in talented attorneys with substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in insurance law.
