• The practice represents primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, TPAs, MGAs, brokers/agents, and independent adjusters.
• Candidates with substantive litigation experience and an interest in insurance law are encouraged to apply, even without prior insurance law experience.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in litigation tasks: take depositions, attend court hearings, draft and argue motions.
• Interpret contracts and represent insurers in complex coverage claims and related proceedings.
• Collaborate with insurers, reinsurers, TPAs, MGAs, brokers/agents, and independent adjusters.

• Candidates with substantive litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in insurance law are encouraged to apply, even without prior specific insurance law experience.
