• The Insurance Coverage Practice at Lewis Brisbois interprets various types of contracts and represents insurers in complex coverage claims, which encompass monitoring, mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory relief litigation in state and federal courts.
• The firm represents a diverse client base including primary and excess insurers, reinsurers, third-party administrators, managing general agents, insurance brokers and agents, and independent adjustment companies.
• Although prior insurance law experience is preferred, the firm is interested in talented attorneys with excellent skills in any litigation arena, provided they demonstrate an interest in insurance law.
• The position operates under a hybrid work arrangement.
