Job summary

Socket.dev coordinates the activities of Risk Compliance and Insurance across the CTA System. This role assists the Deputy General Counsel in reviewing, approving, and processing the certificate of insurance program for vendors, and manages enrollment in CTA insurance programs.

The position supports risk assessments for CTA property, helps develop department procedures, and maintains RMIS data to enhance insurance tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of insurance documentation and risk materials.
• Experience with RMIS or insurance systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, analyzes and processes insurance documents for vendors.
• Assist in review and management of CTA's Insurance Portfolio.
• Coordinate submissions across coverage lines and RMIS data.
• Develop procedures and train staff for risk/compliance workflows.
• Enroll and monitor vendors in CTA blanket Railroad Protective Insurance and Art Insurance programs.
