Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing and binding of insurance coverage; collect data, complete applications, review accuracy and oversee claims.
• Manage legal issues with approved counsel; act as contact for counsel; coordinate insurance approval of counsel.
• Draft and review contract provisions; implement training for new employees; work with President on risk guidelines.
• Ensure tools for lien notice services and liens placement are implemented.
• Coordinate with surety broker on bonds; ensure financing protocols and bond requirements; track active bonds.
• Oversee safety programs with HR; cover auto, equipment and workers’ compensation exposures.
• Review registrations/licenses; maintain corporate filings; use registered agent; prepare consent docs for officers.
• Supervise IT management; ensure cyber risk management; ensure help desk system responds to needs.
