Transwest Inc. is seeking an Insurance Specialist to manage insurance compliance across its equipment finance portfolio. You will review cancellations, validate coverage, and maintain documentation to minimize risk.

The role requires strong attention to detail and process discipline with routine, structured tasks. Reporting to the Insurance Manager, you will ensure timely updates, support renewals, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries while maintaining audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Prior insurance administration or processing experience is required.
• Experience with renewals, cancellations, or compliance tracking preferred.
• Experience in property & casualty or related fields is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review insurance cancellation notices and determine coverage status.
• Upload and index insurance certificates in internal systems.
• Assist with renewals and collect updated certificates when needed.
• Verify policy limits, loss payee language, dates, and assets.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve insurance inquiries.
