The Baldwin Group is seeking a Client Success Specialist to independently manage and coordinate core policy renewal lifecycles, including renewals, exposure data management, and compliance activities. You will work across Client Relationship Managers, clients, and third-party partners to deliver accurate, timely outcomes.

You will apply commercial insurance knowledge and judgment to drive the “Peace of Mind” timeline, ensuring high-quality client experience while developing technical expertise

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of commercial insurance renewal workflows.
• Ability to interpret policy documents and regulatory notices.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on stewardship promises to clients by owning tasks and tracking progress.
• Lead process execution and cross-functional coordination for assigned clients.
• Oversee renewal activities and ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Identify discrepancies and determine root causes, escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare renewal materials and client-ready documentation.
