This role emphasizes teamwork, growth, and making a meaningful impact in clients' lives. First-year earnings are expected between $50,000 and $70,000, with a Monday–Friday schedule, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current insurance license (4-40, 2-20, or 20-44) required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Clear, confident, and friendly communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Positive, customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving ability.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and agency management tools.
• Team-oriented mindset with a drive to grow and learn continuously.

Responsibilities
