Job summary

Hylant is launching a Foundations Training & Development program to train and develop a Client Service Associate for its Cleveland office. You will learn servicing tools, work toward Property & Casualty licensure, and support client service teams with administrative tasks and documentation.

This program emphasizes data entry, document management, renewal preparation, and cross-training across P&C and employee benefits to build a broad client service foundation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 100 days of employment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding and adopt Hylant servicing tools and processes.
• Obtain Property & Casualty licensure and maintain it in good standing.
• Provide admin and document management support for client service teams.
• Perform data entry and maintain client information in agency management systems.
• Process and distribute insurance verification requests and related documents.
• Assist in preparing documents for client renewals and submissions.
• Assist in policy/account activities and follow up on required information.
• Cross-train in specialized property & casualty or employee benefits functions.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
