Job summary

Hylant is launching a Foundations Training & Development Program in Toledo, OH. The Client Service Associate will begin with training and development in foundational insurance knowledge and servicing processes, with a path to dedicated Commercial Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits client service roles.

The program targets a January 2027 start date and emphasizes licensing readiness. The role supports client service teams through administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health license, or the ability to obtain within 100 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding and adoption of Hylant servicing tools and processes.
• Provide general administrative and document management support to client service teams; prepare, print, bind and distribute client presentations and other deliverables; run and distribute reports; manage client documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain client information in agency management systems; update policy details and documents.
• Process and distribute insurance verification requests (certificates of insurance, ID cards, etc.).
• Assist in compiling documents for client renewals and submissions; support policy/account activities as directed.
• Cross-train in specialized property & casualty or employee benefits functions to gain broad awareness.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
