Job summary

Hylant Group, Inc. is launching a Foundations Training & Development Program for the Client Service Associate role, offering a robust curriculum in foundational insurance concepts and client-support activities.

You will build knowledge of servicing tools, pursue Property & Casualty licensure, and support client service teams with documentation, reporting, and data management as you prepare for a dedicated P&C service role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 100 days of employment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to organize, plan and prioritize with effective results.
• Intermediate to advanced communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding and adoption of Hylant’s servicing tools and processes.
• Obtain Property & Casualty licensure developing knowledge of insurance marketplace and services.
• Provide admin and document management support to client service teams; prepare, print, bind, distribute client presentations and deliverables.
• Perform data entry and maintain client information in agency management systems.
• Process and distribute insurance verification requests (certificates, IDs).
• Assist in compiling documents for client renewals and submissions.
• Assist in policy/account activities and follow up processing documents.
• Cross-train in specialized property & casualty or employee benefits functions.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
