Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and provide customer support.
• Schedule appointments and maintain client records in the database.
• Document inquiries, complaints, and actions taken; follow up on unresolved issues.
• Identify trends in customer calls and alert supervisor.
• Research client billing issues and assist New Business Department.
