Job summary

C3 Risk & Insurance Services in San Diego seeks a Client Services Coordinator to support Client Managers on a designated book of business. Responsibilities include issuing proofs of insurance, preparing renewal summaries, processing endorsements, and invoicing clients.

You will enter quotes into carrier systems, review binders and audits for accuracy, and ensure timely payments. Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential; construction-risk experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience in insurance.
• Active P&C license; college degree not required but a plus.
• Willingness to pursue insurance designations and continuing education.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong task prioritization and problem solving; clear communication.
• Attention to detail; construction risks experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support one or more Client Managers on a designated book of business.
• Day-to-day servicing: issuing proofs of insurance, renewal summaries, endorsements, invoices, AR review, premium audits.
• Enter data for quotes into carrier systems; review binders and audits for accuracy.
• Provide invoices and statements to clients and ensure timely payments.
• Backup team in other functions as needed; maintain files per policy and DoI standards.
