Job summary

C3 Risk & Insurance Services is seeking a Client Services Coordinator in San Diego. You will support Client Managers, issue proofs of insurance, prepare renewal summaries, and process endorsements. You will also manage invoicing, AR, and billing communications with clients while maintaining accurate policy files.

The role requires an active P&C license, insurance knowledge, and strong MS Office skills. Remote work options and a flexible schedule are offered, with a growth‑oriented team

Qualifications

• Industry experience with insurance duties and terminology.
• Active P&C license or pursuit of one is required.
• Strong MS Office skills and data entry accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Managers on a designated book of business.
• Issue proofs of insurance and prepare renewal summaries.
• Process endorsements and document transactions in the system.
• Provide invoices and monitor accounts receivable.
• Review binders, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
• Enter quotes data into carrier systems and support claims data entry.
• Backup team functions and maintain organized files per policy.
