Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Insurance Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to be the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, providing information and support across our online service platforms. This hybrid role is based in Rancho Cordova, CA with some in Reno, NV, offering growth opportunities and exposure to insurance processes.

You will support the Property & Casualty Team, assist with renewals, client presentations, and RFPs, and help maintain service quality

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of a variety of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal/external inquiries via online services within established guidelines to provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with renewal onboarding and determine services with input from Production and Marketing.
• Communicate assigned responsibilities and timelines for client services plans to team members.
• Consolidate data from multiple departments into cohesive deliverables.
• Participate in external marketing campaigns as requested.
