Job summary

Leadbetter is seeking a Client Administrator I to support Client Executives and clients in maintaining insurance policies according to the Business Insurance manual. The role involves processing new and renewal paperwork, managing policies, invoices, endorsements, and audits, with strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service.

Proficiency in EPIC and Indio is expected, along with pursuing relevant insurance licenses and designations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma and 1-2 years insurance related experience or professional office experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff
• Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for new and renewal business including prep Acord forms and documents
• Maintain client level details in agency management system
• Binderso Management and production of renewal certificates
• Policies, Invoices, Finance agreements, Endorsements, Audit
• Assist in final audits and account reconciliation
• Become proficient in EPIC and Indio
• Establish and maintain positive working relations with associates and clients
