Zusammenfassung

Marsh is seeking an insurance services associate to support client managers in processing policies, endorsements, invoices, and renewals in a busy property & casualty environment. You will assist with file maintenance, diary items, and renewal activities using Epic and other systems.

A California license, AAI designation, and strong MS Office skills are required. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while supporting associate

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or ability to obtain within 2–3 months.
• California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license.
• AAI designation and willingness to pursue continuing education in insurance designations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Process client invoices, endorsements, certificates, binders, coverage policies, finance agreements and audits.
• Review loss run and claim status reports.
• Document client files with action items and follow-up of outstanding issues.
• Complete applications as needed.
• Create certificate notebooks.
• Manage expiration lists.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree or ability to obtain within two to three months

California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license

AAI designation and willingness to pursue continuing education in insurance designations

Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
