Marsh in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking an Insurance Administrative Support professional to assist Client Administrators and Managers in servicing business insurance accounts.

You will handle mail, policy processing, endorsements, cancellations, certificates, and data maintenance across Sagitta and ImageRight, while building positive client relations. This role requires attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or near-term completion required or 1–2 years P&C experience increasing responsibility.
• Must obtain/maintain California Fire & Casualty Solicitors License.
• AAI, AINS or INS designation and willingness to pursue continuing education.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Client Administrators/Managers in servicing accounts and processing day-to-day tasks.
• Process mail and monthly installment invoices to clients.
• Prepare and issue policies after checks and reviews and coordinate with policy checkers.
• Review endorsements for accuracy and coordinate with accounting for any return premium or corrections.
• Handle cancellations/reinstatements, certificates, and Sagitta data updates.
• Manage setup and use of company iPads; create schedules of insurance; handle special projects.
• Become proficient with ImageRight and Sagitta and maintain positive client relations.
