Job summary

OZField Inc. - Tax, Accounting, Insurance Services in Des Plaines, IL is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative / Account Manager. You will handle client inquiries, process policies and renewals, and coordinate with carriers to keep accounts current.

The role requires fluent English and Turkish, with Russian as a plus. Experience with NowCerts or similar AMS is beneficial, and licensure in Illinois P&C is preferred or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Turkish (required). A majority of our clients speak Turkish.
• Russian is a plus.
• Strong, calm client service. You like solving problems, not reading a script.
• Comfortable with phones, email, and detail.
• Illinois Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to get licensed.
• Agency or carrier experience is a plus (personal or commercial lines).
• NowCerts, Applied, or similar AMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer client calls, email, and walk-ins about policies, bills, IDs, and certificates.
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in the agency system (NowCerts).
• Request quotes and follow up with carriers.
• Keep files complete and follow up before things lapse.
• Work with the insurance manager on commercial, trucking, and livery accounts when needed.
• Flag anything that needs a licensed producer.
