Qualifications

• Proficient with computer programs and able to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with current and future clients.
• Manage the annual renewal process for all personal and commercial lines clients, including cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage all personal lines service and billing issues (endorsements, policy changes, third-party requests, etc.).
• Advise and assist personal lines clients regarding the claims process as necessary.
• Assist personal and commercial lines sales agents with customer service requests, certificates of insurance requests, endorsements, and submissions as necessary.
• Exhibit growth in teamwork and personal integrity.
• Post-sales tasks such as sending and retrieving insurance applications and policy documents, updating mortgage and lien holders, and assisting clients with transitions.
