Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of personal and/or commercial P&C accounts.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish about coverage, changes, renewals.
• Process endorsements, certificates, and policy documents accurately.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow the agency's book of business.
• Liaise between clients and insurance carriers to resolve claims, billing issues, and coverage concerns.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity logs within agency management systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to retain existing clients and support new business development.
