Willow Insurance Group Inc is seeking a driven Bilingual Property/Casualty Insurance Account Manager to join our Des Plaines, IL team. You will manage a diverse book, communicate with clients in English and Spanish, and collaborate with carriers to handle renewals, endorsements, and claims while promoting growth and excellent service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in P&C, active IL license preferred, and proficiency with Applied Epic or AMS360.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish, written and spoken, required.
• 2+ years in P&C insurance account management.
• Experience with personal/commercial lines preferred.
• Proficient with agency management software (Applied Epic, AMS360).

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of personal and/or commercial P&C accounts.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish for coverage questions and renewals.
• Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy docs.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with carriers to resolve claims and billing issues.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity logs.
• Provide exceptional service to retain clients and support growth.
