Responsibilities

• Process new and renewal business and update client management system.
• Address and resolve client questions and issues.
• Escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assemble proposals and presentations.
• Prepare new and renewal proposals.
• Maintain daily client processing functions (endorsements, policies, audits, pending cancellations, ID cards).
