Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 100 days of employment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding and adopt Hylant’s servicing tools and processes.
• Obtain Property & Casualty licensure.
• Provide admin and document management support to client service teams; prepare, print, bind, and distribute client deliverables.
• Enter and maintain client information in agency management systems; set up new clients and update policy details.
• Process and distribute insurance verification requests (certificates, IDs, etc.).
• Assist in compiling documents for client renewals and submissions.
• Support policy/account activities by gathering information and processing documents as directed.
• Cross-train in property & casualty or employee benefits functions.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
