Job summary

Pullsure in Spokane, WA is seeking a customer-focused Insurance Support Specialist to help clients manage auto, home, and renters policies. You respond to ID card requests, support renewals, add drivers, and guide customers through everyday coverage questions.

You value accuracy, stay organized, and communicate clearly. No licensed required at start; a Property & Casualty license is preferred but you can obtain it after joining.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for clients' auto, home, renters, umbrella, and RV policies.
• Own renewals: review coverage, shop carriers, and find clients a better fit.
• Add drivers, swap vehicles, send ID cards, and update lender info, fast.
• Answer coverage questions in plain English.
• Support clients through claims, when they need a real human the most.
• Spot coverage gaps before they become problems.
• Keep everything organized, so nothing slips through the cracks.
