Job summary

RT Specialty, a division of Ryan Specialty, seeks a Client Support Associate to assist clients with inquiries, guide policy-related matters, and communicate renewals. You will maintain organized client records, identify cross-selling opportunities, and collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to provide comprehensive support.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 6 months of experience in insurance or customer service; CISR is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related disciplines or commensurate experience considered.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience in insurance or customer service preferred.
• Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) is a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance products and services.
• Guide clients through policy-related matters, explaining coverage terms and updates; assist with policy changes.
