• Active Illinois Property and Casualty producer license is required.
• Previous experience in an insurance agency setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for policyholders.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately.
• Review accounts to identify gaps in coverage and suggest adjustments.
• Collaborate with underwriters and carrier partners to resolve complex issues.
• Document all client interactions thoroughly in the internal database.
• Support billing inquiries and general office administration.
