The Juris Agency in San Jose, CA is seeking a customer service focused individual to assist clients with policy questions and service requests, while supporting account managers and sales teams. COIs and policy changes will be processed, ensuring a high-quality client experience.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, be organized, and bring a basic understanding of insurance products. On-site work at our San Jose office is required, with multilingual abilities considered a plus.

Formación

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience to fulfill client-focused responsibilities.
• Ability to assess and maintain high standards of Customer Satisfaction.
• Proficient in managing relationships and delivering excellent Customer Service as a Customer Service Representative.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of insurance and financial products is preferred but not required.
• Multilingual skills (e.g., English, Farsi, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish) are a significant advantage.
• Ability to work on-site at our San Jose, CA office.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
