Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing in Colorado (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
• Exceptional communication skills across all channels – written, verbal, and attentive listening.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes inquiries about insurance availability, coverage changes, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
