You will handle inquiries about policy options, changes, billing, and claims, coordinate with team members, and help customers plan their protections. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new software and licensing processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing in Colorado (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
• Exceptional communication skills across all channels - written, verbal, and attentive listening.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, ensuring swift resolutions for customer inquiries.
• Collaborative spirit, thriving in a dynamic team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel and CRM systems.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to accurately enter, update, and retrieve customer information in multiple systems.
• Ability to learn new software and technology quickly and follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage changes, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
