The Juris Agency in Oregon City is seeking a full-time Customer Service / Sales Representative to provide exceptional service to current clients and new prospects. This in-office role operates Monday through Friday with evenings off and a focus on cross-selling insurance products.

Candidates should have a Property & Casualty license for Oregon and Washington, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Training is available for the right person.

• Licensed in Property & Casualty for Oregon and Washington.
• Experience in insurance sales or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Take payments and endorsements to personal lines policies.
• Transfer policies from state to state as needed.
• Pivot calls to comprehensive insurance reviews to assess coverage needs.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products to existing clients.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
• Provide personalized insurance guidance to clients.
