Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license within 60 days.
• Must be able to obtain Life and Health license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Handle Claim activities.
• Assist with underwriting.
