You will engage with clients, answer inquiries about coverage and billing, and coordinate with teammates to resolve issues with a proactive mindset.

You will build relationships, provide friendly service, and support the team with a detail-oriented approach, with opportunities for advancement within the office.

• P&C license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting business growth.
